LAS VEGAS—Early administration of anti–tumor necrosis factor treatment significantly reduces the risk for perianal fistulizing complications such as fistulas and abscesses in children with Crohn’s disease, according to findings presented at the 2024 Crohn’s & Colitis Congress.
