Three-Biomarker Panel Distinguishes Pancreatic Cancer From Normal Tissue

A panel of three immunohistochemical biomarkers was able to differentiate pancreatic cancer from surrounding normal tissue with 100% sensitivity, researchers have found.

Cytology from endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) or endoscopic ultrasound with fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) have been plagued by poor sensitivity and high rates of false-negative results, according to Atuhani S.
