For Diabetic Gastroparesis, Nasal Metoclopramide Works Better Than Oral

CHICAGO—Patients with diabetic gastroparesis who are treated with nasal metoclopramide have fewer office visits, emergency room visits and hospital admissions than those given an oral formulation of the drug, according to a retrospective study of real-world patients.
