The Unintended Consequences of Social Networking

Unraveling the Health Care Bill: Access Denied
ISSUE: JULY, 2010 Health care reform’s new rules preempted access reforms to health care, which should have been addressed first. The legislation does not address the issues of access to care, malpractice reform, increasing the number of resident positions or resident debt. The health reform cart is way ahead of the horse.

The Health Care Bill—Far From Perfect, But a Step Forward
ISSUE: JULY, 2010 The most important and largest shift in health care delivery since Medicare was signed into law recently. We can either fight the new approach or continue to try to modify the system through additional legislation. This new federal law gives us an opportunity we need to grab, to improve overall health care in the wealthiest nation in the world.
